• ShowMyPage IP: The platform design, OS UI themes, icons, source code, logos, and branding belong exclusively to ShowMyPage and its licensors.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Uploading or transmitting illegal, defamatory, abusive, or infringing content.
• Attempting to compromise platform security, reverse engineer backend APIs, or overload servers.
• Distributing malware, phishing links, or unauthorized spam through your portfolio.
• Scraping user data or automated mining of public profile endpoints without permission.

5. Service Availability and Termination

• We strive for continuous service uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or suspend features for maintenance or security.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present security risks to the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowMyPage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
